V. MELGAR. The promoters of the olive mill conceived by French designer Philippe Starck, LA Organic, have already opened the doors to the complex dedicated to the olive oil industry located two kilometres from Ronda on the road to Malaga. Visitors are able to explore the first phase of the project which offers an ‘olive oil route’, of around a kilometre, which crosses much of the 25-hectare plot of land. Across the route are six sculptures designed by Starck. It concludes with an olive oil tasting. The visit, which costs 20 euros (10 euros for residents of Ronda), lasts around 50 minutes.
