ALL OUR EFFORTS ARE DEVOTED TO PRODUCING THE BEST ORGANIC EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL IN SPAIN
Our olive trees have been part of the ancestral land of Ronda, in the south of Spain, and have always been cared for in a completely natural way. The olives are harvested by hand using the traditional method of “vareo” and without further delay transported directly to the local olive mill. This results in an olive oil with the lowest possible acidity (<0.3), without any chemical additives or fertilisers.
More than two hundred years ago, a religious community in Ronda, one of the most emblematic and beautiful cities in Andalusia and Spain, began to make olive oil using the fruit of centuries-old olive trees.
The oil produced in this olive grove, LA Amarilla, has always had a great reputation among the locals for being a product of a unique and exceptional quality.
The Gómez de Baeza family, owner of LA Amarilla, decided to continue the tradition of the nuns and start the production and marketing of the best organic oil in Andalusia, founding LA ORGANIC in the 90s.
As sales increased and LA Amarilla’s production was not enough, LA Organic took as a basis the Associated Payments system applied in the world of wines. Through this system, production is guaranteed in accordance with the demand and quality standards of LA Organic.
