LA Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oils have been awarded prizes in BIOL competition, which is considered to be the most important amongst organic oils in Italy. Our oil LA Oro Intense has been presented with a Gold Medal, and LA Oro Delicate with a Silver Medal.
This year more than 350 olives oils, from 15 different countries, competed in BIOL. The jury of pre-selection was composed of an international panel of industry experts and LA Organic was, once again, amongst the best.
In the same competition LA Organic received the BIOPACK prize for best design, not just due to its unique design by Philippe Starck but also for the use of dark glass to protect the oil and for the precise description of the product on the labels.
LA Organic, producer of Andalusian organic extra virgin olive oil, adds these awards to its list of prizes and in this way continues in its task to ensure that Spanish olive oils are recognised as the best in the world.
